From left to right, Amanda, Misty (a leader) and Amy (georgous!)

Natasha, Natasha and Esther all enjoying a "moment" on the lawn waiting for the evening sessions that once again I was "mean" and required them to go to...

I love Amy's look in this one. This is early in the morning...not sure if I said something or if she is just checkin' me out!

This was posed...huffin' it up with the wagon...I can't wait to learn to wield so I can make the handle about six inches longer that way I'll stop rolling over my heels! Amy was good with it though! Really a good work out!

Esther and Mamma Amy looking very good as usual! They were happy for the "Youth Leaders Only" area for during the day...air conditioned and shaded...plus free drinks!

And the next morning...I was "mean" and made them go to three hours of morning sessions...boo-hoo.

Ah...you can just see the love!

The family at the first night's concerts...can't even remember who it was! But it was sure nice weather outside! This was Esther's happy time, she wasn't too keen to the heat during the day!

Here is some of the crew trying to get in the shade during the heat of the morning. We had 14 kids all together and four leaders and another young couple from the church along for the ride.

Here we are once we got camp set-up. We got a great place where two big RV's blocked the sun in the morning! This is the only point that it was a clean organized camp site...these kids are a bunch of slobs...we love them, but they are slobs!!!

Here we are at the "staging area" for Creation Festival, just waiting to get in to get our camping spot...it took a long while!

Esther doing an impression of her Aunty Jessica by doing a blink right when the shutter closed...pretty good impression.

My face in a pan lid.

Getting her started early on the average 6 hours of tv per day that the average person watches...we're shooting for above average...so she has to get calus' on her butt for 10 hours of tv a day.

Esther post-bath...she's growing so fast...sigh.

My place of employment and worship...The wood of rock.

Knocker came over and hung out with me while Amy was helping with VBS. It was g-g-great... Always a good time

So I was out in the back yard cleaining it up...when I was trying to dig up this huge fern in the back corner next to the house...and I desterbed a bee's nest...and one went right for me and stung me right on my wrist! It keeps swelling and keeps swelling... The picture on the left is my left hand the one that got stung, and the one on the right is my right hand flipped to look like my left for a size comparison...starting to hurt!

This is part of the handout for "appropriate dress" for Creation Fest...hope they get the point!

Esther is now standing herself up when she gets up next to things and has stood on her own two feet with nothing to hold onto for 10 seconds...that's the record!

It only has one slight tear on the drivers seat where the person rubbed every time they got in and out...it is very very clean! It should be great to drive to and from school, great milage, and now I can have peace of mind when I have the car...Amy and Esther will have transportation to get out of the house!

You feel like you are driving a go-kart when you drive the Horizon...2 feet shorter than the volvo

Well we ended up not going for a truck...prices were just to high for something that would work for us...and not be a total piece of junk! So we got a good deal on the Plymoth Horizon...in great shape!

Man...those eyes are going to get the guys someday...I mean they already do!

Amy tried putting a clip in Esther's hair for the first time...didn't stay in too long and she figured it would be a bit of a choking hazard!

here is everyone walking down to the caretaker's house...pretty awesome place...very nice day. It was a wacky floor plan, three stories with staris on both sides, but a room on the right and a room on the left...that's it!

Some flowers that were around the mansion...whoopideedooda!

Uncle Steve-o and Esther spending some time together...and some random Asians...

Dad and Mom walking away from the lunch...still holding hands...so sweet!

Esther was getting a little impatience sitting around...so Uncle Steve-o took her for a walk around...luckly the place was pretty empty! She loves her Uncle Steve-o!

Mom wanted to go to the "Old Spaghetti Factory" for her birthday dinner/lunch. It was fabulous as always...and the food was good too!

The Freeman's and the Wohld's came down the other day for Mom (Grandma) Freeman's birthday! A very young 52...I think...Even if I am wrong ...she can't remember either!

Esther liked the feeling of my drawer handles on her gums apparently! She now has two bottom teeth...left first and now the right is really coming in!

And here is it hanging in my office...I want to go back into the attick and re-hang it. It needs to be a bit more stretched out...maybe later. Anyhow, I also finished painting my desk red. Looks pretty sweet...I like it anyhow!

I finally got around to hanging up my hammok that I bought when I was in China a few years back. Well wouldn't you know it had some chinsy little whimpy rope that you hang it with...and the moment I started swinging, it snapped and my head end came crashing down to the concrete! So now it is re-hung in my office with bolts and chains!

The "fam" went to Fort Vancouver for the fourth, supposedly it has the biggest fireworks display this side of the Mississippi...we wouldn't know, we didn't stick around until 10:10 to see it. So we just ended up hanging out at home enjoying eachothers company!

So Esther can now sit herself up...and she often does so after we leave the room when we put her to bed...and then she falls asleep sitting up...the product is a very awkward looking sleeping baby...she often wakes up crying (probably due to numb legs) and then rolls over and falls asleep like a normal human!

Here is our hearty chunk of earth...looking good...the pumpkin has grown 6 inches in just a day! Crazy!!!

Pea's

Working in the gardan...we finally broke down and bought a $6 sprinkler so Amy doesn't have to spend an hour walking around her garden watering each night!

Speaking of licking...Amy had something on her cheek...and I was right there...and voala...shiny cheek again!

Found some "escargo" on the trail...thought I'd give it a lick...mmm mm good!

So there was a battle for passage...one log across the water...one guardian...and one very large mouthed person...it's war!!!

A "macro" shot of the water...kinda looks like a one inch "mini" waterfall! yeah!!!

Just another nice picture...inspired by "a bug's life" ...the commentary really talks about all of the research they did into the transparency of things when you get down low under the light and all...really cool

Brian took this picture of the old scenic highway bridge that the falls are right next too...a real beaut!

Well Brian Haagen came up and we went on the Latourell falls hike again...very good hike! And I couldn't resist but to do the spinny thing again!
