And speaking of Grandma Freeman...I took this picture first with a funny face and then I smiled real so you could see more of my fantastic mug...yea...more like my wifes fantastic mug...isn't she georgous!!!

This is a bad quality picture, but this is Esther sleeping in her crib tonight...she is soooo cute when she is sleeping. She absolutly loves her little lamby that Grandma Freeman gave her and she falls asleep with it on every nap and at night...she holds it tight!

Alas, I am done with one portion of the wood burning on Amy's longboard! I did this scripty viney stuff to make it look even more feminine...Now I am going to design a scriptish type "viking longboards" logo for the middle there. And possibly burn in some sort of smaller flower design on the bottom. My goal is that Amy's board will shout out that it is owned by a girl...so I won't be tempted to take it out partially!

Here we are in the Volvo on the caravan to the new place with all the things loaded up. Kendal is a cool guy, we are glad that we were able to help him out!

Knocker and I decided to go and help out Kendal (a guy from church) with moving out of his storage unit and into another place. He didn't live in the unit...but he had stuff there...get it?

We ran to the mall yesterday because it was so nasty outside...we needed to get out of the house. Well we got "E" this cute little bathing suit for the summer...we think she looks adorable with her little bottom heavy figure...

Just another cute picture of Esther...just an F.Y.I. "E" has popped her first tooth, she has a sliver of white (we think - it's hard to get a real good look)!

Meanwhile, while the parents were playing board games, Esther was in the front room looking around "learning" to entertain herself a little more. Obviously, as shown in the picture she is working on holding herself up all the time to. She is great at sitting up...but when she does fall over she bonks her head...then cries...and so on...so we just encase her in pillows to avoid the boking of her little noggin'.

And here is Amy during one of the final blows of the game...she is handing me a big wad of cash that she got from mortgaging pretty much all of her property...muahahahaha!

Sooo...Amy had a hankerin' for some Monopoly! I fixed that problem, I "let" her win the first game and then whooped her the second and third! The properties that are mortgaged are all Amy's and the others that are all "profit" side up are mine!

This is the rest of the stack; "Be Intolerant" By Ryan Dobson; "Wild At Heart" By John Eldredge; "There is a Season" By Chuck Smith Jr.; "The Disciplines of Life" By someone; and "Disciples are Made-Not Born" By someone else! I want to be done with these by the end of next week...we'll see. I just really want to get going on this video stuff. I talked with David Knocker last night about it (he is the youth who is going to be interning next year) and we are going to start figuring out what the content will be...and dig for a firm Biblical foundation!

We took a family trip to the "Pilgrim bookstore" yesterday and I got some reading for research into a video seriese I am hoping to make for the fall when youth group wednesdays roll back around. I had noticed that there really isn't much out there for quality productions AND solid Biblical substance...so I figured I would do my best to produce something of the sort to use...and maybe make available for others to use! (The book on the left is by Ryan Dobson called "2 live 4", and the other is "Sit, Walk, Stand" by Watchman Nee...finished Dobson and half way through Nee)

This is Amy's new longboard that I have been working on for her. It is ride-able, but not yet done, I still have a lot of hours of wood-burning to put in. I took it out on our freshly paved road the other day between rain and it rides SO good, turns at least 50% better than mine! Next on the list is to make Esther a "pint-sized" longboard and then to update mine!

Papa and the little one...spending some Q.T. together while I give Mama a chance to get outside and work on Esthers dresser!

Today Esther has been a bit solom. We think it is because she is really starting to "teeth." Her gums are all puffy in the middle on the bottom, and she feels like she is running a little temperature. So time will tell I suppose, until then just play and eat teething tablets! She sure is getting good at her Johnny Jump-Up also!

Grandma Barb and Esther having a deep conversation in the Yukon on the way to Red Robin to celebrate Uncle Steve and Aunt Jessica's birthdays! I would have taken more pictures but the batteries went dead and i didn't realize until we got home that the fresh batteries were in my pocket!

This is from a few days back. I was going to take a nice picture of both of us having fun looking at the camera...but at the last second Esther grabs my mouth and does what she is so good at...RIPS MY MOUTH CLEAN OFF MY FACE!!

So I had the pleasure of getting some more longboarding in with Knocker. It was a blast, this road was much better than the last one...you can see Knocker trying out the "Freebord" down the road...and I am just getting ready to head down.

Esther's new trick...well I suppose it is not much of a trick..but she really likes to be upside down...mama always gets nervous when she sees me do it...so I did this one when she was in the shower!

oh great orb of blueness, share your great wisdom...bestow on me the blueness of your knowledge of the great

Esther seeks the knowledge and wisdom of the blue orb...

My two ladies having fun in Papa's office...whilst I post pic's on the blog

I woke up the other morning and found this obscure message in driveway rocks on my portch...hmmm...oh wait, I then look to my car and it is covered in T.P. some black streamers and some red streamers...then slopily wraped in stretch wrap...I have an idea who did it...and I tell them...you don't know who you are messing with...but I suppose I will just have to show them...punk kids...I suppose this is how they show their love...wacky kids!

Here is some more of that great Oregon greenery...we are on our way out and to Taco Bell...it's no Tocaties...but it will do!

Here eyes are killer! The boys are going to go crazy over those baby blue's!

I guess when you see this kind of nice surroundings...you can appreciate all the rain we get in Oregon...makes it very pretty to look at. That's Ray and Connie in the picture (Ray's the one in the hat)

Here we are looking at the bottom of Latourell Falls...I am going to be bringing the boys in the youth group here this on the 3rd of June...except we are going to walk to the top of the trail (a few miles) and back...I am hopefully going to tire them out! Been taking my glucosamine pills so I should be good!

Here we are at the "Vista House" at Crown Point a very nice viewpoint on the Columbia scenic Highway...in the background over Rays left shoulder (your right) is Washington state; and over Connies right (your left) is Oregon state.

Esther is growing to like the taste of her big toe...this one is on the trip with Ray and Connie (Amy's mom and step-dad) on our way to the Latourell Falls for a little site seeing.

This is a totally posed picture...Knocker is trying to look like he is going really fast...instead he looks like he is trying to impersonate Kiano Reeves in the Matrix...getting ready to dodge some bullets...I dunno...maybe its just me.

Esther sits and watches the "dangerous" boys doing their longboarding thing with mommy! She is content!

Here we are in the lawn of Larry and Terry (from church) and their son Brodie (in the red)...chewing the cud...

YES...we got to go longboarding!!!! I was very happy...although the hill was a bit lacking...not very steep at all...and not the smoothest pavement...oh well it will due until we find something better!

As you can obviously tell this picture is staged...becuase I really wasn't thinking during this game...I couldn't becuase I wanted to give someone else a chance to win!

While we waited for the perfect time to go and do some longboarding we decided to play a game of risk....Knocker won...we let him...gotta help the guy out when we can......uh-huh...

David Knocker one of the Sr.'s in the youth group with his windsurfer made longboard...his mouth usually isn't gaping open like that...he normally looks more......normal

The lovely ladies look at all those hunky chunky construction men!

We got a bit of a suprise today...they started paving our road!! It is niiiice!

chillin'

She is watching the people pave the road outside!

Esthers "safety zone" but now the problem is she is strong enough to pick up the pillows and move them...and of course the spot without the pillow will be where she falls to!

Amy thought this branch was really cool...so I took a picture of it...Nature is so cool....Evolu...oh I mean God is so amazing!

Esther was a trooper...she got cold hands and ankles...but was cheery and glad to be outside! ...she looks like she is getting big for the carrier

On the way down I let Amy carry Esther...figured it wouldn't be so hard on my knees on the downhill...

Can you spot the volvo...it is in the top row...14th car from the right...

It really doesn't look like much of a trip once you get to the top...I mean look at it...not that impressive of a fall once you are at the top.

Some nice people took our picture...accross the river is Washington...we are at the top of the falls looking down...well not at the moment....right now we are looking out!

Now we are heading to the viewpoint...where you look down the falls and try to spot your car in the parkinglot without puking because your brain has a hard time looking down like that...blech...made me dizzy

And we are at the top...very nice up here! Everything is sooo green...except Amy...only her eyes are green...and mighty beautiful I must say!!

Here we are yet again about half way up the hike...probably at the point that we made it to when we came here and Amy was pregnant with Esther...for some reason she "didn't have it in her" to finish the whole mile up!
