The Aase's house

My first daytime "gnoming" I knew when they were gone to pick up the kids for school...so that is when I struck. The neighbors pulled in when I was placing the gnomes...I just acted like I was supposed to be there and said "hi"...fun times!

Gnomes strike again

Our second Victims house...this was was a toughy... the lights were on and we heard someone in the window where we assume was the kitchen. Also they had dogs and a motion detecting light!

"Gnoming"

Edith and Martin (youth) and I went out on the maiden voyage of the "gnoming" fund-raiser for the Youth Group. For those of you who do not know "gnoming" is when a person pays us to take 30 gnomes and secretly put them on the front porch of an unsuspecting victim. Then once the person discovers their gnomes they then call and pay us a "removal fee" to take the gnomes away...it is good fun and hopefully will help us to raise some money!

Setting up at the first victims house...the Jones'!

Looks nice huh...I think we need more!

Well it's official...it's a girl.

As you can see it is obviously going to be another girl, specifically a little Gracie Ann(e).

The doctor said that the placenta has moved out of the way (up) and everything is looking okay with her, as well as Amy. So we should be good to go. A funny note is that when they measured the babies head it said that she was 39 weeks along, but when they measured the rest of the body it said 34 weeks...must be a Freeman!

My dream Volvo...this thing is SWEET!!!

Just goofing around

I'm trying to relate back to my pre-teen years of big teeth.

Me and Bubba's goat "Snoofy"...if you scare him he will faint...I havn't done it yet.

Esther doing what people need to do in Lewis County...kissing her first cousin...when in Rome...

Dustin and Jamie's wedding

We had the pleasure of going to Jamie and her now husband Dustin's wedding. Jamie has been a long time friend of mine. It was a very good and very large wedding!

My beautiful wife and our awesome and oldest nephew Jared.

This is Jesse (or bubba) the second oldest, and that's BJ his dad holding Esther.

The awful cute new parents, my sister Jessica and my great friend and bro-in-law Steve-O...and their new one little Ethan!

The third oldest or second youngest nephew Justin (or JD) playing around with Esther and Amy during the wedding.

Just an average Friday

Amy is nearing the end of her first full size quilt. This one is going to be Esthers...then on to the second one's. All she has left to do is the binding, or at least that is what I think it is called. It looks fabulous!

I couldn't get a very good shot of it, but if you look on Esther's left (your right) front tooth there is blue crayon on it. It also was covering her bottom teeth...couldn't get a good shot though. Just thought it was cute!

These are three of the youth pastors that I go to lunch with once a month. That is Aaron on the left, Robbie in the middle and Brian on the right...good group of guys!

pouty Esther

Grunty Esther

E on rough ground (for her)

Monday's are for hiking and getting out of the house!

Esther has put her hat on and is ready to go...

A great day to get out of the house...and once again hike the lower half of Latourel falls.

I don't care what anyone else thinks...this is a cool picture of Amy's right foot in action!

Esther getting some experience in the mole infested park.

"Blizzard"

I recently had the joy of taking the Rockwood Youth Group to the winter youth convention called "Blizzard". We had a smaller group go, but it was enough. We had a good time. It was down in Sisters Oregon, at Camp Davidson, very nice place!

This is the boys cabin that I stayed in...and slept...barely in...

Here we are at Mt. Batchelor...very fun! I tought 6 how to snowboard...and they did great!

This is the *dark* set-up inside the gym, where we had our daily sessions and speakers...very nice setup!

Martin, one of my 7th graders found some glasses and thought he would try them out to see how they look...i thought they were fabulous!

Misc. pics from before my weekend away.

The spoon is working!

The spoon is now working for Esther, she is able to feed herself and keep it mainly in the bowl and in her mouth!

E's new look

Going for the saharah explorer/nerd look...I really think it is working for her!

We got hit!!!

A few people (we won't mention names) got our two cars the other night... lots of plastic wrap, some sticks and red window ink... with girlie hand writing....hmmm...

Esther and the new longboard

Esther just can't stop playing with my new longboard. I told Knocker that I would go longboarding with him before he leaves for boot camp this next week...so I got motivated to finish a longboard that has been hanging on my wall for a loooong time. Now I suppose I should finish making Esther hers!

It just looks natural!

Esther is giving it the face of approval while her little one rides it.

I had forgotten that I re-did the logo as well... took the head off of the viking ship that Grandpa Don had made and I had gotten. Thought it was a great logo. I think that this makes the old logo look like poo poo.

I was kind of going for an "argyle" type thing...thinking about doing some more wood burning...we shall see...
