Grandpa Ray and Grandma Connie's
We took a trip to Mapleton Oregon to go to see Grandma Connie on her birthday.
This is actually from the trip back home, right around Salem, it was hailing so hard that it became compact ice on the freeway in minutes and there was an accident and all...then five miles down the road it was sunny and nice...weird weather!
Esther was being sweet to JR.
JR was being sweet to Esther
Grandma Connie and Justin with her "60" birthday cake!
Grandma Connie had the pleasure of reading to all the kids...telling them about the potty chair.
This is at the mouth of some river...where it joins the ocean. Esther was scared of the waves...
(Sorry its sideways) This is Grace at her first time to the beach...sleeping
Amy and Esther enjoying the sand.
Notice the nervous half smile on her face...she grew to like it!
Kissin' in the car at such a young age...we are going to have to watch this one...especially since it is her cousin!
JR is getting big...and handsome!
The men on a big anchor...11 tons I think it said.
They ran around and around and around and around...well Jesse didn't...he was way to cool!
A very cool restaurant that had old cars with tables in them to eat...very good food!
This trip was really fun to watch Jesse and Esther (2 weeks apart) they are going to be good friends.
...I think this looks a whole lot like Elaine...only 30 years younger and male...
The whole clan...minus BJ...just realized I don't have any of that guy...he's elusive for a big guy!

Family in town!
Grace is sporting the latest in toddler fashion the crown of paper...recycled of course...because Grace supports reducing your carbon footprint.
Well looks like someone got the Traw ears!
The clan at the King.
Grammie definitely does not approve of this gift!
Had to get a shot of Grandma Connie and Grandpa Ray with their new doggie, Shotzie.
Elaine, JR, Esther, Ike...just hangin'
Cousin Ethan and Esther having some breakfast. It was amazing to see how much Ethan had grown since we last saw him...I think that since he is walking now it makes him seem even bigger than he is.
Esther being sweet to JR and loving him, and allowing him to lay on her bed (a big success in itself!).
Up on stage at BMCC (Blue Mountain Community Church) with pastor Mike and the whole family for Gracies dedication. Sure was awesome having them all out...don't think all were pumped about having to come up on stage!
Grampa and Grammie with their 3 (soon to be 4) grandkids!
At our house for Gracies b-day (l to r: Jared, Steve-o, Steve/dad, Grandma/Great-Grandma Freeman, Aunt Lois, 2nd or 3rd cousin Brenda) Again...just awesome to have everyone together!
Esther was lucky enough to get a gift on Gracies birthday...score!
NO CHOCOLATE...we learned that at Esther's 1 year b-day!!
I love how her fingers are sunk into the cake in this picture!
The three Freeman Grandkids.
Esther and Ethan were holding hands, I'm just not quick enough with the camera...by this point Ethan was done with it...I would be too if I were him! (walking in downtown Walla Walla)
Jared and I took the "hog" out for a ride in the alley. He seemed to have fun with it... Always a good time to be able to hang out with any nephews!
Jared REALLY wants a piece of cake!
A little twist on perspective...tinnie tinny Connie
